Sometimes when I get out from work early I stop on the riverside and try to see some nutrias. The nutria is a big rodent that can be found easily in our river “Parma”, even though they say this animal is not native of our land, since they have been imported from America. They probably found here a nice habitat to grow. As you can see from the pic above, nutrias are really big and cool rodents, also is clearly visible the typical parmesan bread called “micca” used to feed the nutria while taking the pic (many thanks to the guys from Parco Taro).

Reading about environmental change i can only feel the scientists’ perception of reality. I can see the land where i live with houses growing instead of trees and urban plans that forget to plant new green. But sadly I’m not sensible enough to feel that bio-diversity loss they are talking about. I only see that if you grow different in this society you will soon hatch the desire to be normal. If you struggle to be different… well maybe you are normal.
